Subject: singer
I'm quite familiar with the jazz singers from that era and I would bet my bottom dollar that is Louis Prima singing at the end.

Subject: The Masked Ball
No one really knows who the Singer was for Bimbo the Dog and i doubt anyone really cares becuse Betty Boop is the star of the series. Bimbo isnt that intresting apart from being cute also he later is removed from the series by (1933) along with Koko the Clown. Bimbo puts on an Italian mask & sings a random 1920's novelty song with the dirty old man.
